17.01.2022 Maddison's 21st was held on the weekend at her family's restaurant - Claredale Pastures - make sure you head out to Clare and try it these school holidays! Cakes were white chocolate mud with whipped white chocolate ganache layers. There are hints of bronze and pink lace that tie in with another beautiful floral arrangement from Dotty Daisy's, Ayr.

16.01.2022 For Bailey's 9th Birthday celebrations - every year I make a cake for Bailey I'm reminded of how fast our babes grow, especially that firstborn! Bailey's cake was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream layers. Biscuits on the top of the cake were vanilla bean I've been MIA on my cake page but will try to add this year's cakes so far over the next week or so.
