22.01.2022 Check out how thick this caramel layer is!!! I had a couple of cans of condensed milk to use and someone mentioned Caramel Slice so of course iv been thinking about it ever since.... Are you a fan of caramel slice? it reminds of when I was little, my Mum would get a Cappuccino and we would share a caramel slice and i’d scoop all the chocolate froth off the top of her coffee! ... Really easy recipe to follow!!

16.01.2022 Hayley was not complaining that we had left over Sticky Date Pudding from last night! I Steamed these in the Varoma and I tell you the Flavour and texture is just so much better!
