22.01.2022 Creamy Pesto chicken fettuccine!! Yumm!! This recipe was super simple. I made some basil pesto last week, which I’ve got in the fridge, while my pasta cooked, I mixed some cream with some pesto, poured over cooked pasta. Then I fried some chicken & bacon using the high heat function and added that! Done!

06.01.2022 Dippy eggs for the win!! Thought we’d test out the new Egg Boiler Mode, and must say we were all impressed!! The girls were a bit confused at the start as to why the machine wasn’t going because it wasn’t making any noise, once I explained the blades don’t spin everyone was happy

05.01.2022 Cooking with kids!! To say I’m proud is an understatement!! My daughter who is 7 baked this cake fully by herself (I did the oven part) while I got ready to go out! The ease of the thermomixes guided cooking giving her easy steps and setting the speeds helped her master this delicious too easy chocolate cake!!
