21.01.2022 Too lazy to roll balls, so these caramel bliss balls went straight into the bar mold - I love this item! Frozen, then chopped into smaller pieces, and back into the freezer. And of course, more buckwheat pikelets. All wheat free, dairy free, and nut free - perfect for my freezer and school lunchboxes!
20.01.2022 We love this buckwheat pancakes recipe - I double the recipe, make them smaller, and the freezer is getting stocked for preschool. Actually, I have now made a second double batch - little man really likes them!

02.01.2022 Strawberry and pineapple fruity dream - perfect for a sore throat! I have a cold, and feel yuck this weekend. (Yep, had the test on Friday) We've made porridge, rolls, three loaves of bread, a batch of biscuits and this delicious concoction - this was the only photo today. The rest was eaten earlier by everyone whilst I rested. How was your Sunday?
