15.01.2022 Burgers for dinner - but with a twist!! Tonight I made mayo, buns and patties. But I combined three recipes to get the final result!! I made the Sriracha and sesame mayonnaise, then the burger buns from the middle recipe, and the Thai burgers patties. Combine them all to make the most delicious burgers!!!

14.01.2022 Cheesecakes in jars! I didn't realise they would rise when cooking, check out the "after" pic They did press back down after cooling for a bit though, so not too bad lol. My jars were a bit small, so I used 8 instead of the recipe's 6.
