07.01.2022 I’m having a real thing with Indian food. Big batch of Tandoori paste - which made 6 portions for the freezer. Plus a paste/yogurt/lime marinade for some gorgeous Cowra lamb chops. I love this paste for several recipes from the ‘Flavours of India’ cookbook.
