21.01.2022 I really felt like a Sri Lankan style coconut fish curry tonight. I had lots of different recipes, a bag of Sri Lankan curry powder and a sense of creativity. With the amount I had prepped I decided to use my TM6 for prep and cook my curry in a wok so that I could double the curry and play with flavours. It had to be fragrant, flavoursome yet well balanced and mild - it was all of those things and so I had better write it down!! The kids enjoyed the flavours and it was exactl...y what I was after. While cooking, I used my TM6 to make some Roti dough and fluffy coconut rice. Better than takeaway and I look forward to converting my recipe to cook in the Thermomix. I love that with experience it becomes easy to convert and adapt your favourite recipes to cook! Looking for some inspiration? 11.01.2022 The family was happy with my first attempt of a sponge in the Thermomix! Without two tins of the same size I made one and cut/sandwiched together with jam, freshly whipped cream and raspberries. It may not be the prettiest I’ve seen but it was light, fluffy and delicious! Will just have to practise

04.01.2022 When I saw this decadent, moist looking chocolate cake and found out it’s magic ingredient I just HAD to jump on the band wagon and #bakethecake and wow! Would you like to know the hero? Red kidney beans! It is also GF, nut free, free from refined sugar and can be made dairy free! 02.01.2022 Ham and Zuchhini Quiche from Cookidoo. I really love this one - and even though the littlest was tired, and both girls can get picky about quiche, each plate was empty and my 15 month old kept saying ‘Yum yum yum’ throughout. We have an amazing patisserie down the road but I still think this quiche is the best I’ve eaten. I’m still in awe at how easy it is to make the most buttery melt in your mouth pastry.
