10.01.2022 So not even 6 months ago I finally decided to turn my passion for Thermomix into my own little venture! I earnt my TM6 (yes you read right... earned it!) which meant I got myself a TM6 on my bench for a little hard work! It also taught me that you can do anything you want provided you apply passion, a little hard work and a big smile on you...r face! 06.01.2022 Tonight’s dinner is one of my favs! Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) with Naan Bread The best part of this dish no hidden extras, no pre-made sauces just perfect butter chicken! From marinating the chicken to toasting the spices off our kitchen smelt like we were in Delhi! ... The naan was fun too and big thanks to my helper @simon_lemm for making them!
