24.01.2022 I just shared a story about how I make my 24 hour fermented yogurt - which costs the price of milk only (hellloooo 2 litres of organic yogurt for just $6.95 )...!! Using this method dramatically reduces the lactose (sugar content) in the yogurt, as well as negates the need for any additives or thickeners due to the fermenting time.
