02.02.2022 As many of you may or may not know Jeff Mendham was in a horrific accident this morning. We encourage everyone to dig deep and help Jeff and his family during this tough time! Our thoughts are with the Mendham Family and we wish Jeff a quick recovery!

15.01.2022 We would like to take this opportunity to send our thoughts and support out to everyone during this very difficult, uncertain and unpredictable time. We hope that everyone keeps themselves and their loved ones safe. Hopefully as a community we can all do our bit to help each other through this. We should all be keeping a safe social distance of 1.5 metres from each other, regular and thorough washing and sanitising of our hands, staying in the safety of our homes and only leaving for essential reasons and/or services and self-isolating during any illness. 09.01.2022 Dear Customers, WE ARE STILL OPEN!! During these otherwise uncertain times, Mix Mechanical Repairs’s doors remain open and the team is here to provide the automotive services you need. We have taken on board all Government and MTA guidance on how to safely continue to conduct our services and interact with you our valued customers... This includes adopting some non-contact services such as: Key drop box facility Pick-up and drop off service Non-contact payment options, such as tap and go, online banking or over the phone payments Our team are also implementing Government, Department of Health and MTA recommended measures to help protect customers and staff within the workplace and within customers vehicles. Below is a list of safety measures we are using within the workshop: Staff members are wearing disposable gloves which are replaced between each vehicle and regular washing of hands and sanitising in between. Regular cleaning and sanitising of workplace surfaces including reception area, waiting area, bathrooms using high quality disinfectants. Anti bacterial wipes and disinfectant sprays. Implementing a 1.5 metre safety zone within the reception area using bollards/barricades and highlighted surfaces. We are also encouraging customers to wait outside during peak times of customer traffic. Disinfecting vehicles on pickup and delivery including wiping down of contact points such as steering wheel, door handles, door switches, seats, gear shift lever, etc using anti-bacterial wipers and carpet sanitisers. We have hand sanitisers available for staff and customers as well as hand washing facilities. When available, the use of seat, floor and steering wheel covers are used before work is undertaken (we are constantly re-ordering these items but at times are facing shortages, we try to implement other measures when we have limited stock of these items). Display general hygiene policies and instructions throughout the workplace including reception and waiting area. Monitor the health and safety of employees and take remedial action where necessary. Encouraging customers to utilise the drop off/pick up service especially for our most vulnerable customers. Contact us today, we are here to help keep you safe on the roads. Take care! The Automotive Repairs Industry is at the moment still classified as an Essential Service according to our Government, but that may change at any point in time and become unavailable if we move into tougher restrictions and limitations. Customers are allowed to drive their vehicles to and from the workshop under the current restrictions as it is an Essential Service. We still offer our pick-up and drop off service but we do have limited numbers for this option each day . If there are any changes with the current rules, we will keep everyone informed.
