15.01.2022 FRIDAY NIGHT, PIZZA NIGHT How good is home-made pizza?! So quick and easy and always a crowd pleaser. I made a double batch of dough tonight which gave me 8 thin and crispy bases. The kids wasted no time demolishing them.

14.01.2022 After posting my keto roll video recently, a few people have asked what they look like on the inside. My daughter, Izzy, was more than happy to assist in eating nearly a whole batch while having fun putting this together

14.01.2022 Keto Loaf. Made this today using the keto rolls recipe posted earlier. Great served warm with butter. Looking forward to my eggs on toast in the morning.

11.01.2022 Keto Linseed Tortillas 3 Ingredients, so simple, so versatile. 260g linseeds, blend 20 seconds/speed 10. Add a pinch of salt and 250g boiling water. Blend 6 seconds/speed 5. Allow to cool, roll into 8 balls. Place between two sheets of baking paper and roll flat. Use a small plate to cut around the dough to make a perfect circle. Cook 1 minute each side in a non stick or cast iron pan at moderate heat.... How would you use these?

10.01.2022 Thermomix Vegetable Stock Paste We all make it, but how do you store it? For years I have used the inverted canning method to get a nice airlock in my jars. I store in the pantry until opened and then into the fridge. I've never been too concerned about the stock spoiling as there is enough salt in the recipe to preserve it for life. A recent Google search revealed to me, this method is no longer considered safe and is strongly discouraged. Damn Google!

10.01.2022 DO YOU NEED TO HIDE THE VEG? Camille Carrot and Almond cake - Cookidoo This is not your traditional style carrot cake, but does the trick if your looking for ways to hide vegetables in your baking.

08.01.2022 This is the Banana Bread recipe on Cookidoo. The recipe asks for 4 bananas or 380g. I only had 2, so I substituted in frozen blueberries. Lunchbox hit!

07.01.2022 FIG SALAMI - Love making this! Perfect accompaniment for any cheese board. Looks the part and a great conversation starter. Great homemade gift idea as well.

07.01.2022 We love this sauce at our house. It gets cooked almost every week, great for pasta, pizza, scrolls and even a good substitute for tomato sauce. I make a couple of changes to the recipe, to make an already good sauce even better

06.01.2022 Meatballs in tomato sauce for dinner tonight. I added a pile of zoodles to the varoma during the last 5 minutes of cooking for a pretty quick and easy all in one meal.

05.01.2022 Don't forget, the most important day of the year is fast approaching

05.01.2022 These gluten free, dairy free muffins are great for breakfast, on the run or a delicious snack. Recipe works just as well with regular wheat and dairy products.

03.01.2022 Who doesn't like dip eggs? Thermomix makes it so easy to get them right every time.

02.01.2022 I had a go at the Paprika chicken on Cookidoo tonight... made a few convenience changes as I didn't realise it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes to cook in the oven. I turned it into an all-in-one meal by cooking the chicken in the bowl for 20 minutes/reverse/varoma. I cooked my cauliflower rice up top for the same time and added my beans with 3 minutes to go. I needed to thicken the sauce with a little cornflour. The chicken did shred a little.... but dinner was on the table in 30 minutes!
