Before the treatment we apply anesthetic cream to reduce client’s discomfort and sensitivity. During the treatment you will feel a little heating sensation when the device tip touches the skin that gives a slight warmth or hot feeling depending on the individual. Thermage procedures power level can be controlled and adjusted according to the client’s pain reaction... and tolerance. Right age to start Thermage FLX treatment? We do recommend you to start Thermage after age of 25, when the collagen production starts to slow down and decreases. It uses Radio Frequency technique to heat the deeper, collagen-rich layers of the skin which then causes collagen to contract and encourage new collagen to grow.
