07.01.2022 MJA Studio are proud to see completion for The Bottleyard Apartments, an iconic project located within a historic Perth site. Our good friends at Open House Perth are hosting alongside Handle Property Group, and opening the doors for free tours from 10am - 3pm this Saturday. The site dates back to the late 1800s, the land was drained and set up as a market garden, which continued to operate until the turn of the century. In the early 1900s the site became Perths busiest bo...ttleyard, used by several different companies over the next 70 years including the Perth and Fremantle Bottle Exchange Company. Experience the central urban garden, rooftop terrace, and array of apartment living opportunities on offer throughout The Bottleyard. We hope to see you there!
