On Saturday, Max and his team catered to over 300 guests at Simon and Jessicas amazing wedding. Each guest received a double scoop of our finest gourmet ice cream.... A few weeks ago, Simon and Jessica attended a number of tasting sessions in our Chinatown store to select their favourite flavours for their guest. After deciding on the flavours, we took things one step further by custom creating a special unique flavour for Simon & Jessica flavour. After several testing sessions, we were able to create a unique flavour using our 100% pure Belgian chocolate combined with our in-house made candied peanuts all swirled together in our Eastwood shop ice cream factory.
