18.01.2022 [LOOK OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS] This picture is the call list from my CRM, that I have set myself for tomorrow morning. Some of the (obviously redacted) names on the list are clients. Some are previous or non-active clients. Some are potential clients, who may or may not ever become clients.... Every one will get a call, just to check in. You can see the theme. These calls have nothing to do with pursuing a sale. They are purely a personal call to see how people are travelling, personally and professionally. The reactions I have already had from people, especially those to whom I have only recently connected, often expressing shock that I would call with no agenda other than to say How are You?, with genuine interest in the response, shows the necessity of this kind of relationship nurturing. Look after your customers now while times are tough. Be there for them now, and they’ll be there with you on the other side.
