25.01.2022 Is this what your studio needs ? Time to get ready for 2016 !!!!! COMPLETE INFORMATION PACK This service is intended to consolidate all general documentation (some may already available in some form at your studio) into a comprehensive pack available to all customers.... 1. Welcome letter from the Principal 2. Description of classes offered 3. Timetable 4. Enrolment Form 5. Fee Structure 6. Uniform and Grooming Policy and Requirements 7. Uniform order form and price list (if sold inhouse) 8. Terms and Conditions (when payments are due, how to pay, any penalty for late payments, refund policy, make up class policy etc) 9. Code of Conduct for students and parents (this may cover things such as acceptable behaviour inside the studio premises and in class, at competitions, social media policy etc) 10. Other information important to your studio that you wish clients to be aware of such as safety policy, whether parents view classes or not, term dates, public holidays, end of year concert general information (such as location, date, costume hire or buy and when due, makeup requirements, backstage helpers), video and photography restrictions within the studio or at performances etc Enrolment forms and unform order forms are generally required as stand alone documents. All of the above can be supplied as individual documents to mix and match as required or as a single easy to read handbook. You may wish to add other things such as teacher profiles, qualifications etc. The contents of the final documentation is up to you to decide, after all you know your studio and clients the best. These documents are supplied in word or Excel format as appropriate to enable you to amend and update as required in the future. They are also in PDF ready to print, photocopy or email to your clients Can be provided as a single guaranteed price or work charged on an hourly basis.

21.01.2022 One of the most difficult tasks for a lot of studio owners is chasing up those overdue fees and payments. Whether it's fear of damaging a relationship or lack of time these are often left unpaid.
