It will actually help fuel the gut and brain t...hat has become overwhelmed and anxious and it will assist help you focus. Clean whole food doesn't add to the toxins and bulge, but provides nutrients and fibre, that are essential to have the body remain functioning well. Good Food Mood acts that are critical for Immune health and wellbeing you can carry out: Build your plate starting with nonstarchy veggies In the morning, start with protein and fat and avoid sugary foods to stabilise your blood sugar. This can include egg dishes, chia seed pudding, or smoothies made with mostly green veggies and a handful of low-glycemic fruit like berries and apples. Combine protein, fat, and complex carbs in every meal, focusing on bitter, sour, and umami flavours. Enjoy at least one raw or mostly raw meal a day to get the maximum benefit out of your nutrients, enzymes, and probiotics without cooking them off Give your full focus to your food. 04.01.2022 When you don’t think you have anything to make a smoothie with. ...........You will be surprised. That's one of the fabulous things about smoothies, they are not only an easy meal, they are a fabulous way to get vegetables into your diet, use up things and a good way to drop in lots of other nutrients & supporting supplements for your day.... I whizzed up this with the end of a celery, 1/2 zucchini, parsley, 1/4 avocado, flaxseed, 1/4 fresh mango (that had been in the fridge for a couple of days) Pine powder, Collagen, Macca, Broccoli Sprout powder (yes the last 3 items are stables in my pantry) & man it was yummy So don't be put off with thinking you don't have ingredients sometimes to make healthy food. As I guarantee you do, if you have whole foods in your kitchen. Great smoothies have 2-3 vegetables, 1 serve of fat, 1 serve of protein and supplements of any kind that you may need to support you at various times. Broccoli Sprout and Pine Pollen were mine in this one. Additional fiber and antioxidants are also super ingredients too.
