15.01.2022 RENOVATION REVEAL | M.J. Harris Group recently renovated the main bathroom, ensuite, laundry and two powder rooms at this family home in Mill Park. A Hamptons style was carried throughout the rooms to create timeless, elegant spaces for this growing family. By adding Custom joinery we were able to maximise the functionality & storage. Joinery handles are Furnware Dorset in brushed nickel. The bathroom and ensuite feature Organic White Ceaserstone bench tops, contrasting Beaum...ont Tiles, with white subway tiles from National Tiles. The main bath focal point is the freestanding tub with floor mounted bath spout from infinite tap-ware. Other features and fittings include Frameless shower screens provided by Highgrove Bathrooms, Methven Australia shower heads and Mondella, Maestro tap-ware. Our Designers acheived this look by designing a classic white kitchen with a fresh pop of colour in the splashback from Taubmans Australia Sea Angel. Featuring a custom drainer grooved into the YDL Alaska White stone bench tops, Polytec Classic White in sheen finish for the cabinets with brushed chrome Hafale hardware, a Franke Group and Nobili Balance Pull Out Sink Mixer sink from Reece Bathrooms, a flush mount ILVE stove, AEG semi-intergrated dishwasher and Sirius 100cm rangehood from Harvey Norman. 01.01.2022 Renovation Reveal | Our most recent completed project is a big one! An entire home renovation including kitchen, bathroom and interior, exterior painting. Our B...alwyn clients renovated their home to sell but were so happy with the outcome they have decided to stay. Starting in the kitchen, our team installed white 20mm YDL Rosmee Stone bench tops with a new Franke Australia sink and Teknobili Mixer tap from Reece Plumbing. We used Ceramic subway tiles from Beaumont Tiles for the backsplash because its classic and clean which means it should never go out of style. The exisiting kitchen cabinetry got a hardware update with all new chrome fittings purchased from Bunnings Warehouse. The appliances got an upgrade as well with New Smeg double Pyrolytic ovens along with an inbuilt microwave from Westinghouse Appliances Australia In the bathrooms our design team along with the home owners nailed it! The feature mosaic tiles look superb with the subtle large marble rectangular tiles. New Mizu and Phoenix Tapware installed in both bathrooms look outstanding with the semi custom, marble top, wall hung ADP vanities. Something we have been seeing a lot of recently in our bathroom renovations is the addition of the free standing tub and floor mounted mixer. And for good reason, freestanding baths give an elegant, sophisticated feel youd get at a retreat or day spa. We also installed the stylish and clean finish frameless shower screens from Innovative Glass Throughout the rest of the home we changed all of the door furniture to chrome fittings and our M.J. Harris painting crew brightened up the home with the popular Natural White paint from Dulux Australia Metropolitan Carpet Court supplied and installed 100% wool carpet in the bedrooms and finished off the downstair areas with beautiful Merbau hardwood timber flooring.

01.01.2022 DETAILS | It was all about smooth clean lines and monochromatic details in our recent renovation in Warandyte, Melbourne.

01.01.2022 This Ensuite Renovation was completed for one of our long term clients with M.J.Harris Group completely revamping the tired space. WIth crisp modern finishes and fittings complementing the beautiful details and colours of the original timber woodwork and led light window. The light and bright custom Polytec joinery maximises storage space, incorporating draws for better functionality. The luxurious Caroma bath sits comfortably under elegant glass and concrete Beacon Lighting ...pendants, making this nook of the Ensuite somewhere you can relax for hours. M.J. Harris Design kept the colour scheme neutral using Dulux Australia Lexicon Quarter on the walls, being sure to not overpower the traditional elements of the home so contrast and interest was incorporated through texture and pattern. Multi toned textured hexagonal tiles from Tile Citi used in the niches and vanity splash back contrast the smooth gloss of the walls and the slight grey veins in the stone bench top. Each floor tile from Beaumont Tiles has ripples of unique texture and pattern in a slight sheen finish, to not only making it easier to keep clean but the statement tiles elongate the room against the whites and boldly capture attention instantly. Phoenix Tapware supplied by Reece Bathrooms. Freestanding bath spout by Sussex Tapsp, with the freestanding bath by Caroma. The toilet suite and floor tiles supplied by Beaumont Tiles. Concrete pendant lights by Beaumont Tiles. Clipsal saturn switches and gpos are featured throughout, all installed by M.J. Harris Electrical. All custom joinery finishes by Polytec and painting by M.J. Harris Painting using Dulux Australia paints, with the bathroom walls being Lexicon Quarter. See more

01.01.2022 We can finally reveal stage 2 of our recent bathroom renovation for our clients in the beautiful suburb of Warrandyte, Melbourne. Continuing with the black and ...white theme from the earlier revealed kitchen but taking a more modern turn, this luxurious bathroom features 2 spaces, a seperate powder room for guests and a luxurious spa like bathroom. The bathroom with a freestanding tub and a combination steam room and shower. To create this space for our clients, our designers sourced products, fittings and fixtures from multiple sources listed below: Kado Arc freestanding bath, LAUFEN Bathrooms vessel basins, Roca toilet suite, Kado heated towel rails and matt black accessories and tapware by Phoenix Tapware all supplied by Reece Bathrooms. The stunning Astra Walker Architectural Bathware feature floor mounted matt black bath spout was supplied through Bentons Finer Bathrooms. The 2 custom vanities feature Caesarstone Australia Piatra Grey 40mm stone bench tops with white satin Polytec finish. The dark textured floor tiles are from Academy Tiles with the grey penny rounds and Calcutta wall tiles sourced from Signorino Tile Gallery. Copper pendant lights by Beacon Lighting, switches by Clipsal with styling accessories from Kmart Australia. Underlie heating throughout was supplied and installed by Warmtech. This renovation was finished off by our team M.J. Harris Painting using Dulux Australia feating Lexicon Quarter on woodwork and walls and white on white on the ceilings.
