14.01.2022 Final preparations and inspections took place today at #southernpacificsands before our final project to demobilise, scrap and install a new cyclone A-frame structure, wrapping up a busy 2019. It will be a multi-staged project running over 5 days where each component of the structure, cyclone and chute will be methodically cut and unbolted, while supporting the adjoining bridge with custom engineered trestles requiring a dual crane lift and simultaneous EWP operations to weld... the trestles in position. The final stages will involve the assembly and installation of the in-house built replacement A-frame.
