10.01.2022 Before HIIT training folks remember to adequately warm up and by that I mean getting your heart rate up almost as high but not quite as what it will be during the higher intensity intervals........ sure makes a difference! So before my Pwr 8 workout this arvo ( 8 x 30 secs sprint with 90 secs recovery) on the Assault Bike I did 12 repeats of 8 secs hard and 12 secs rest, before a 2 min breather and starting my PWR 8 workout!
