22.01.2022 Thank you for being a loyal patient of our Practice. Following the recent announcement from Mr McGowan about WA’s lockdown period of 5 days, we’re unable to see patients face to face during this time. If you had an appointment during the next five days, it will need to be cancelled and rescheduled. We’ll wait until we have confirmation of being able to see our patients face to face before contacting you to reschedule your appointment.... In accordance with current guidelines we ask you to abide by the rules in place regarding possible WA exposure sites and any signs or symptoms of being unwell. Please check the WA Health Department website ww2.health.wa.gov.au for a list of possible WA exposure sites. Anyone who has been to these venues on the stated dates must attend a COVID clinic and be tested. If you are unsure, please ring the COVID information hotline on 13 COVID or 13 26843.
