18.01.2022 Today is Remembrance Day. On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month we stop to remember all those who have served this amazing country and paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Wear your poppy with pride today and please honer the fallen by observing the traditional minutes silence at 11am today to show we as a nation have not forgotten the fallen. LEST WE FORGET. Please like and share this post to remind us all of the importance of today and get as many people as... we can to please actually stop what you are doing at 11am and observe the minutes silence for the fallen. Just for your information The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month was chosen as Remembrance Day as it is the date and Paris time that the armistice that ended the final land, air and sea fighting of world war 1 came into effect. Remembrance Day is a day for us to remember all the fallen of all wars from then till now and to remember the sacrifices made by all services for peace. To forget the cost of war can easily lead to history repeating itself, so please educate the young and remind the older ones amount us of the importance of remembrance. The poppy is the symbol of Remembrance Day but mainly because of the writings of John McCrae In Flanders Fields describing wild poppy flowers growing between the graves of the fallen in Belgium. Poppy flowers were often described as growing on the battlefields of France and the red colour representing the colour of the blood of the fallen, the black centre as the mourning of their loved ones and the green of the leaf as a symbol of hope and new growth after the fighting stops. It is also traditional if wearing a paper poppy with the single green leaf to wear the leaf at 11 o’clock on Remembrance Day. LEST WE FORGET

It is our personal belief that this does not provide you with advice that is in your best interest. Please call Tash today to discuss how this may impact you and how she can help you achieve your goals.
