25.01.2022 Well, I am starting to get excited! The NEW prop will be added early next week. Minor paint rectifications and it should be GOOD TO GO! Im still not working on it being ready for November but actually working on December, just to be sure ........ A new volt gauge to be fitted as well and NEW gell cell batteries .... NO electrical issues please

18.01.2022 Disappointing news for the Port Hedland Spitfire. No hangar space available in Port Hedland and the airport managers cant seemingly give any time to allocating some land to build a hangar, so unfortunately I need to hangar it in Jandakot until a solution is found!

15.01.2022 With Keith Russell ..... The commentary was a bit wrong ...... A slight correction: MK 26B Spitfire. Advertised as a 90% scale to a WWII MK IX Spitfire. It’s powered by a Supercharged Isuzu V6 330 hp and gets a top speed of 400 km/hr. Cruises at 155 kts (287 km/hr) burning 36 litres per hour. Total fuel capacity 310 litres. Sorry but my ears aren’t that long ..... but it is like riding a motorbike with the legs each side of me. It’s not a long cross country passenger machine but it is built for FUN!

08.01.2022 UPDATE 22 May 2019 Well the repair tunnel ending looks like it has an ending in sight! After a workshop visit today, the airframe/engine and prop work should be finished by late June and the painting to be completed by mid July. WOOHOO
