We want our new trading name to reflect the ease of service that Ping Central provide, including our old school approach in having actual face to face meetings.... As our project is not yet commercial, we can't really pay you, but we will offer you some great rewards which can be found on the application form. We will provide you with the full scripts - we anticipate no more than 5 minutes of audio per person. ... In return, you will provide us with quality MP3 audio files of the script, with no background noise. You will need a computer, and recording devices and software, such as Audacity (which can be downloaded for free). Our servers have recently undergone, and still do, constant attempts at hacking, attacking and viruses. In no way has any data on our servers been breached, stolen or accessed by those parties.... What does this mean? In short - we are shutting down our servers What about my service with you? All current subscriptions will be maintained until the end of your current billing period at which your account will be terminated. Can I renew my service with you? No. We will no longer be accepting renewals. Will my current service be supported? Yes - We will continue to support current subscriptions until they expire. Why are you closing? In short - spammers, viruses and hackers. We can no longer maintain our servers to the high level our valued clients deserve. Is my data safe? Yes - we have not been breached in anyway. We have state of the art security on our servers and 24 hour monitoring in our data centres. What now? We strongly recommend transferring your service to another provider. We recommend VentraIP. Who is VentraIP? VentraIP is an Australian based web-host based in Sydney. We have used VentraIP for many years in the past and recommend not only their product, but their astounding customer service. Quote 'VIP50' when placing an order for 50% off your first invoice up to a year. http://www.ventraip.com.au How do I transfer away? If you transfer to VentraIP we will be able to assist. VentraIP and Simple Site Solutions use the same server software allowing for easy migration. Can I transfer before the end of my subscription period? Yes. If you wish to tranfer away from us before the end of your subscription period we will provide you with a refund of your remaining hosting service (does not apply to SSL certificates and dedicated IP addresses) We have been blessed to have such amazing clients over the years and thank you all for your support and wish you all the best for the future.
