03.01.2022 Unfortunately this afternoon I’ve had my first ‘No Show’ after a confirmed booking. As such I thought I would let you all know that if you don’t show up for a booking after it has been confirmed then I will be charging you a deposit before I will rebook you. The deposit will be 50% of whatever service you are wishing to book in for. At completion of the service the deposit will then be deducted from the total. This is not for all of you that do the right thing and message me... to reschedule or cancel, this is only for those who simply do not show up and block or don’t respond to me. I am a small business and unfortunately for me if you don’t show up it is a waste of my time and money. I am very understanding and I know we all get called into work last minute or the kids might be sick. Please as soon as you can notify me that you will not be able to make your appointment and I will be happy to reschedule you and it gives me time to offer the appointment time to others.
