19.01.2022 Back in March I set the goal of competing in the IFBB Elite Mens physique bodybuilding competition. And yesterday I achieved this goal - Under the guidance and instruction of my coach, mentor and friend @ifbbjudgeaminfran who not only taught me about training and nutrition but how to be a better coach to my clients and so many great values and appreciations of life. A nicer man you will not meet. Thank you my good friend @ifbbjudgeaminfran for everything.... The training took me out of my comfort zone and the dieting gave me a greater appreciation for not only food but the time shared enjoying meals with the people closest to you. The combination of both and hard work and I lost 10kgs on this journey. I had the most amazing support from all of my friends and family which was orchestrated by my beautiful and amazing wife Georgie. It was the greatest experience and my greatest personal achievement and I’ll continue on to compete in the IFBB Elite National competition in October. See more

They’re so supportive of one another during their sessions and a great example of how an encouraging training partner can push you so much further out of your comfort zone Great work guys

08.01.2022 Like most people time is something I don’t have much of so having my sessions booked in with MK Fit each week ensures I’m training regularly, pushing myself every session and getting the most out of my time in the gym with my PT -Daniel Gunning - My client @danielrgunning , works in his family real estate business, is a CEO and co-founder of @spacenowofficial as well as a husband and a father so time is a premium. Coming from an active and athletic background he’s always known the importance and benefits of being active and exercising so when we’re training it’s straight down to business

08.01.2022 Reflecting upon my journey to the stage last weekend I wanted to share some of the things that helped me lose 10kgs of mostly body fat and achieve my goal of competing in a bodybuilding competition. To do this my training program incorporated weight training to build and maintain muscle as well as cardio exercise to help me burn fat. My program was adjusted every 6 weeks based on how my body was responding and adapting to the weight training. My meal plan had me eati...ng more food than ever before. All my food was healthy, lean and nutritious. I wasn’t starving myself contrary to mainstream dieting belief and my stomach didn’t shrink. In fact the leaner I got the greater my appetite became. My meal plan and the calories I required were adjusted every 4 weeks based on my decreasing body weight and increased activity level. I’m really proud of my success and the feeling of having my friends and family cheer me on stage was amazing. See more



03.01.2022 To keep me on track I’ve surrounded myself with people that help drive me, hold me accountable but most of all support me. This is my cousin Paul, he’s 42 years young and someone that loves training more than I do. I really enjoy training with him down at the Mecca that is City Gym as often as I can.... Putting myself in an environment surrounded by decades of experience within the fitness industry recharges my batteries and inspires me to work harder. What drives you to work harder?
