24.01.2022 Started stripping out this terrace for a full makeover. The bathroom was dated but not old although there was some serious water damage to the subfloor. It’s so important to ensure correct processes are followed during preparation to ensure you don’t have any issues like this. 05.01.2022 We installed some custom cabinetry for a very loyal client who has become a friend over the years. An office for Brian, and a new sewing machine cabinet for Jan. We customised the existing mechanism from the old sewing machine cabinet which works on a strut system, allowing the sewing machine to move up and down to a desired height. Here are some images from a remedial job we are completing where water has managed to get through between the fibre cement and waterproofing membrane causing some serious water damage down stairs. It’s important to remember that waterproofing works one way and you need to ensure your space is well sealed to ensure you don’t get any water going under the membrane. @ Malabar, New South Wales, Australia
