08.01.2022 Here's another idea on how you can incorporate MK home made chilli garlic sauce to your daily cooking. No fresh garlic? No problem MK Home made is the perfect solution. Menu for today: BINAGOONGANG BABOY... Here is my recipe. 1kg of pork belly 3-4 spoon full of your chosen bagoong 1 large onion 2 large tomato 1/2 tsp of MK home made Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/4 cup of vinegar 2 tbsp of cooking oil Chosen vegetables Procedure: In your pan place your cooking oil let it hot Then add you onion, when translucent you can add you tomato followed by you MK chilli garlic sauce. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes in medium fire. Then add your bagoong followed by your vinegar let it boil a bit do not stir it until the vinegar cook and then add your pork let it simmer for 20-30 minutes stir it from time to time and when tender add your chosen vegetable like okra or egg plant Serve it with rice. Enjoy!

Buttered Prawn with Chilli Garlic Sauce 1kg Prawn... 3 tbsp butter 1tbsp olive oil 1-2 tsp oyster sauce or Soy sauce 1tbsp of sweet chilli sauce (optional) 1tsp of MK chilli garlic Sauce Procedure: 1. Pour your olive oil in a hot pan then your butter, let it melt in a medium heat 2. Put all your sauce all togerther and simmer it for 1-2 mins until boil 3. Then add your prawn stir until all the sauce evenly covered the prawn 4. Let it simmer for 3-5 mins (don’t keep it too long prawn are easily get over cook) 5. Serve and enjoy!
