23.01.2022 Hello everyone, weve got a very special Karate Class at 7pm tonight, as Shihan George has invited our Yoga Instructor, the lovely Clare Dinham-Wiltshire, to lead you all through an hour of challenging balance and mobility exercises. Freedom of movement is crucial in Karate, but is too often overlooked. Come to tonights 7pm class, and learn how you can maximise your movement!... See you all there! :)

22.01.2022 HOLIDAY TIMETABLE IS NOW UP! The club will run on the regular timetable through Friday the 23rd of December. After that, it will be running on a holiday timetable until Monday the 16th of January 2017, when the club will return to full operating hours.... Please take note of the dates the Club will be closed: (December 24th - 27th & December 31st - January 2nd). Full 2017 Summer timetable will be released very soon! Stay tuned!

A reminder that tomorrow night (Tuesday the 2nd of May) at the regular class time of 6:00pm - 8:00pm, WKO President Sifu McInnes will be at Fight Club to give a special Seminar. Sifu will be covering Kumite (Sparring), Nuki (Evasion), Nage (Throwing), and self-defence techniques. Shihan George has informed me that payment will not be required by Fight Club members to attend this session, so please come along! ... We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow night! :)

It is a great opportunity for novices to practice their sparring skills in a tournament style environment so make sure you put in your applications ( free). Also great for all the Sempais (including brown belts) to practice their reffing skills.
