25.01.2022 This to me looks like a job well done Thanks for coming ladies! It was a hard one but you got through! Women’s Thai 5.30am Tuesday & Thursday

23.01.2022 5 Tips to help with motivation for training at home: 1. Set up a CLEAN space. - If your training space looks inviting, then you’re more inclined to train.... 2. Motivational music. - Put on something you can’t resist getting up & moving to. 3. Workout buddy - Anyone of your family members or one of your pets. Whoever is in isolation w/ you and isnt going to distract you too much 4. Keep it interesting - Mix up your sessions w/ some muay thai conditioning, strength work or some cardio. Whatever keeps it interesting for you. 5. Have fun & give yourself a break from all the negativity out there at the moment!

22.01.2022 Add this to your bank of knowledge

21.01.2022 Hello everyone. I HAVE NEWS...... I hope you are all healthy, well, and have adapted to the current times as best as you have been able to.... The last 8 plus weeks have been the most uncertain in CMA’s history, but there has been one underlying factor that even on the days when I thought we were well and truly done, it gave me hope that we were going to come out the other side. YOU GUYS. Our community of members, parents, supporters and friends that have stood by us, supported us, and helped keep the wheels turning while the doors are closed. It’s proved that at the end of the day The Office is just a shell. CMA is so much larger than those 4 walls, and over the last 2 months, I have been witness to countless examples of that, which at times, have made me so proud of the machine WE have created, it has become quite emotional. You have all shown support in so many ways that I will never be able to fully thank you for. You have made me really what CMA really means to you, and ultimately, what it really means to me. So Thank you. But now, the dull flicker of light we had in late March, has become a light we can definitely see. I am SUPER HAPPY AND EXCITED to announce that we have a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!! We have a SCHEDULED reopening date!! MONDAY 15TH JUNE!! This is incredibly exciting, and months before what we were preparing ourselves for, so we are totally committed to doing this by the book and adhering 110% to the state and federal guidelines. Because at the end of the day, the safety, health, and well-being of our members is more important than anything else. That is why we have spent a great deal of time over the last week talking to people that know far more about this then we do, and consulting with government bodies, to ensure that we do this right. Please know that I have put an enormous amount of thought into this, and I am confident that we can open on this date safely, professionally, and get back to business whilst adhering to all the current restrictions. So, from the 15th of June, The Office will breathe life again. It will however, not be without some conditions, procedures, and practices that must be adhered to, and our team will be making sure that these are followed to the letter, with constant re-evaluation, and updating should we feel that is needed to again keep us all safe, and let us do what we love to do as best as we can at the current moment. To really make this work, we need your full assistance, so please make sure you work with us and follow our procedures, which we will brief everyone on as we open, and please, ask any questions that you may have. This is a team effort, and that works well for us, because after all, CMA is a team. It’s an exciting time, and one that I cannot wait to embrace, and put this current time behind us. But for the moment, we will move at the pace we are allowed, and soon enough, we will be back to full strength. If you have any queries at all, please don’t hesitate to email me direct on [email protected] And in the meantime, we just need to back ourselves. And we are good at that. #backyourself #cma4life #kylreberjiujitsu

05.01.2022 Just a reminder to stop, take a couple of breathes & take in all your surroundings. You’d be surprised the wonders it does for the mind, body & soul

05.01.2022 SELF CARE Some reminders for your home isolation period: 1. Seperate your work space from your relaxation space.... - Give yourself an escape. 2. Use the time - Take advantage of this time being forced on you to take a step back and finally relax. Maybe read a book, start mediation, run yourself a bath or even put a face mask on. Get in tune with yourself again. 3. Move your body - This doesn’t mean you have to smash yourself in a workout. Take your time to enjoy moving your body in whatever way you choose! 4. Forgive yourself - Let’s be honest, being at home creates a lot more temptation to do things you wouldnt normally. You know what? Sometimes that’s ok. Don’t spend the rest of your isolation period hating yourself for slipping up. Forgive yourself and keep moving forward.
