10.01.2022 Acceptance of who we are and how we look can be hard and we are our own worst critics- and I’m a good critic! There are numerous things I could point out but the main one is my eyes- when I smile I loose my eyes and often get told your eyes are closed - they’re not , it just looks that way! This week though I had to learn to deal with it . ... As a present to my Parents for their 50th Wedding anniversary we had a very rare opportunity to have all my siblings and their Families in one place for a photo shoot . Yes my eyes look closed but I couldn’t stop smiling and loving these people around me . I can’t wait to see what our gorgeous photographer Deb Bateman from Deb Bateman Photography has captured but here’s a sneak peek taken on my phone - squinty eyes and all Remember we can be the harshest on ourselves but we also need to be the kindest to ourselves .xx
