22.01.2022 125 kilometres from Alice Springs, the remote community of Ntaria is closed to visitors under NT Government and local land council direction due to Coronavirus. One of AFLNTs Remote Development Managers, Tommy Dutton wasnt going to let that stop him from delivering an online footy session to the students who have grown accustomed to his regular visits. Fair to say, theres still plenty of ways to enjoy footy in these unusual times! #territoryfooty #remotefooty #schooleveryday

07.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we announce that the MLLLC will be closed from today due to the impacts of COVID-19. So far this year our team has had the pleasure of working with three wonderful groups of students from the Tiwi Islands, Elcho Island and Lajamanu. We also had the opportunity of meeting an amazing group of students from Elliott last week, who had to return home the morning after their arrival due to concerns relating to the virus. This 1500km round trip was no s...mall effort for the group of 12 young men and their incredibly supportive staff. We thank all of you for your response to the situation and efforts to keep your students and community safe. As we go into this stage of hiatus, we wish all the students we work with, their families and other members of their communities, the best of health and strength during this time. The MLLLC and AFLNT staff look forward to providing you with the best opportunities we can deliever when we are next available to. See more
