24.01.2022 Hmmm Monday. Back to the start of the week.. the weekend was over wayyyy to quickly. I’m currently sitting at my computer doing some study before I start my next assignment. My first blog post will be about my client wardrobe I provide for my maternity sessions. I thought this would be a great idea because I currently have 6 dresses to choose from. 18.01.2022 I remember this moment vividly. This was just before the ceremony and you can tell the boys had a few bevs beforehand. They had the every guest in stitches including me. Nick was preparing everyone that the ceremony was about to start and to be seated. Until one of his groomsmen thought he needed another beer to settle his nerves. Moment captured perfectly. What are groomsmen for anyway!?

I’ve been in that situation before and it did feel weird. But during the session I get to know you guys as a couple and use this during the shoot. Which will get natural images of you both. Riplee and Drew last night were so great! After abit of a warm up I couldn’t even tell they were ‘awkward’ they were opening up and getting the relaxed images they signed up for. @ Mornington Peninsula

15.01.2022 HAPPY FRI-YAY. Since we are in #lockdown yet again. I’m working on some ISO branding techniques to help my little business grow over the winter. It’s definitely keeping me busy I can tell you that much. I have set myself some little goals to keep my creative juices flowing. Who else is in lock down for the second time and has a goal to reach in the next six weeks? I’d love to hear!!

15.01.2022 Hey guys! I’ve recently had some new followers join us and I haven’t formally introduced ourselves to you!! We are Morgan and Cooper. If you want to call me ‘captain’ I’m cool with that. I get called captain all the time. Because, you know the famous drink ‘Captain Morgan’. Cooper on the other hand. You can just call him whatever and I’m sure he will respond hah! Cooper and I started our Wedding Photography/Videography business together about two years ago. Although I hav...e been shooting weddings before he took the leap of faith and started coming along documenting all the love. We have been together coming up four years now. Wow. Time flys when your having some fun. If we aren’t shooting weddings we are both still working. Our weekends look like this at the moment. I make Cooper and I a coffee and take it back to bed. Because Cooper literally can not. And I mean. Can not. Start the day without coffee in his belly. It’s a blessing and a curse. We are so excited and can not wait for our first wedding back in September of 2020. We can’t wait to get to know you all and document your love story. See more

15.01.2022 10th of April has finally come. I find this quite fitting because I was actually born on Good Friday 22 years ago. As many of you would know by now the Royal Children’s Hospital saved my life when I was younger. It’s now time for me to give back. $50 from each wedding that books with me goes towards my donation for the Good Friday Appeal. I started this late November 2019 and so proud to save we donated $650!!! This is only the beginning. I can’t wait to continue this. Thank you everyone who has booked with me, you are doing your little bit and helping give back to families in need. Spreading some love during these shit times.

I want Cooper more involved with my business since we do work together almost every wedding this rebranding won’t be happening for awhile but hey, it’s a step. 06.01.2022 Life of a photographer right now- pretty god dam sucky. But hey, there isn’t much we can do. Just follow the rules of lock down, don’t leave the house for non essential reasons. If it were me, Photography should be classed as an essential. You can’t put a price on memories. There is a plus side in this for me, I can still do photoshoots for people who do not live in the metro areas. If you live in the metro area unfortunately we can not. I’m not going to risk you guys getting a fine for leaving your home. Stay home, stay safe.

Which is absolutely fine, I want you guys to have the day you imagined!! Although It so sad to see my work slowly disappearing for the rest of the year.
