Breathing is not only the most important in Martial Arts but also in our everyday lives as well. We can survive without food or water for a... few days but we cant survive if we dont breathe. If we have good breathing technique, we get healthier and have more energy, and our Martial Arts technique can get stronger, faster, our cardio improves, and we can improve our mind as well. Think about your positive experience" Whenever negative emotions come up and you feel stressed, think about your positive experience for at least 10 to 20 seconds, instead of thinking about the things giving you stress. It could be anything such as nice travel you had, a great achievement you had, a nice movie you watched, a restaurant you went to, something you laughed a lot about, a conversation you had with som...eone, nice memories, etc, as long as its positive. You might need a little bit of practice to change your mind from negative to positive, because sometimes its very hard to not think about negative things, but once you get better at it, your stress level goes down and you feel so good!! To be able to do that, you have to use proper footwork. For the next on line training course, Im going to show you footwork techniques for you to move around smoothly in a fight.
