20.01.2022 Bit of something different. Unfortunately its not good news though. If you haven't heard yet the Brisbane City Council are trying to shut down Archerfield drift park and apparently Lakeside Park Raceway due to an interpretation issue on the coucil paperwork. The coucil is always trying to eliminate hooning, which is great, hoons are dickheads but yet want to shutdown tracks that take hoons away from the street. ... As a long time motorsport fan and someone who hopes to one day have a workshop that can service motorsport needs its abit of a head scratching moment when stuff like this happens. 19.01.2022 Well my place was a complete wash out so opted to work on the Mk2. Got the front under body skid plates done and drivers rear done. Mate got the watts link done and gusseted.

19.01.2022 Extra long weekend for me with next week off too. Gunna knock out a few things while ive got time off and while the weather isnt so shit. Finish a ladder, intake/airbox kit. Got bored of how the rear end looked so started cutting and welding in plates until the rain come along.

18.01.2022 A little over a year ago the chop began

18.01.2022 Got started on a few GU Patrol parts this weekend, intake pipe, intercooler piping, start of an airbox (ran out of 2mm) and rear door ladders for those with swing away tyre carriers. Ladders are a new addition so prices aren't available for them yet. Onto other things, my full time job has changed my hours again (Thanks Rona), so im back to 5 day weeks.... Any orders that come in ill try and get started through the week and fitted or sent away Friday or Saturday. Also im away next Saturday so ill be aiming to finish the current orders next sunday.

16.01.2022 Jay was back again today, this time he's upgraded to a series 3 GU patrol with a TD42 conversion in need of some custom exhaust work and thermal wrap near the slave cylinder. Before and after videos will be in the comments. Maybe next time he'll have upgraded again to a Y62? Who knows?

15.01.2022 Went and helped out with the Rally car again this arvo. Got it more or less all tacked in then cut a few speed holes in the bonnet for maximum speed.

14.01.2022 Somehow managed to jinx myself as I was hoping that id be driving the patrol this weekend. That's not gunna happen. TMR needs to inspect it. So ill go over all the nuts and bolts tomorrow and get it started so next friday I can go straight down and get it inspected. But in the mean time im gunna tackle this spaghetti head fuck of a wiring job. Like seriously who wires shit across a battery and doesn't leave green on it? Atleast the battery wasn't going anywhere seeing as the wires were holding it tightly in there.

13.01.2022 Quick addition to the patrol this arvo. Ill jig it up tomorrow then give it a lick of paint.

12.01.2022 This arvo Jay dropped off his TD powered GQ for a custom intake pipe and to modify the end of the exhaust. After the pipe was finished it was a little to dark to use power tools so i got out abit of titanium pipe to have a little fun on seeing as ive never welded it. Welds just like stainless but the welds turn out super glossy. Will post pics of the installed intake pipe and modified exhaust tomorrow morning.

12.01.2022 Canopy arrived Ill start on it when they create an 8th day of the week. Also plates come in for GU center consoles, just gotta bend them up tomorrow.

12.01.2022 Been helping a mate with his Mk2 Escort Rally car over the past few weekends. He's done all the work so far but to help get it done for the final push he's asked me for a few hours here and there. Hopfully have it rolling by the end of the year but there's alot of work to be done plus body and paint.

11.01.2022 Passenger side is done. Drivers side is getting there, being hungover didnt help either. Turns out you can buy 4mm wire but its only got 2mm of wire on the inside making it virtually useless.

10.01.2022 Big evening working on the Escort. Front panel on and lined up. Front struts stitched in. More bars added to the front of the cage. Should be starting on the rear tubs next weekend.

06.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just thought id share abit of an update. As some of you may or may not know I build tipper trailers full time and do this at home a couple of hours a day and on my weekends. Recently it's been pretty flat out at work either being hard work or just long hours and in turn its put abit of pressure on myself and this business.... So to try and counter act this orders for October will be minimised due to my current work load, any current orders will or are finished. Anyone who's unsure if this applies to them please contact me and we'll sort it out. Moving forward from November onwards I'll be moving from a "made to order basis" to a "made by batch basis" this is to reduce wait times, eliminate hard deadlines, give me time to do custom work and most importantly reduce stress. Thanks for following along, more to come just wait and see.

04.01.2022 Hi everyone, unfortunately ive come down with a pretty bad leg infection and haven't been able to work for the past week or for atleast the coming couple of weeks. No orders have been affected but just shit timing leading up to Christmas.

04.01.2022 Got stuck in re organizing the work space, moved the air compressor out of the weather and built a rack for pipe rack. Still got a sheet rack to go, middle support for the pipe rack and to finish digging out that bloody stump.
