13.01.2022 Victorian Country Under 17s 2021 Representative > Congrats Flik Crank & Ella Watts Massive Congrats out to both MMJFC footballers who after both debuting in 202...1 for the Dandenong Stingrays in the NAB League were selected & represented Under 17 Vic Country at the Challenge Cup The Under 17s battled gamely v Metro with Flik being named in the best players < In fact her last month in NAB League has been amazing > She was giving great run & ball distribution in a willing game whilst Ella battled strongly in the Ruck & deep forward too. Also both Jemma Taylor & Hayley Monk have debuted this year for Rays from the Mounties both players impacting games & showing some genuine class & footy smarts. Congrats to all #MountiesFooty

We kick off the day playing host to 6 games from 8.30am through to 12.15pm. Those being U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 Girls and U17 Boys. These games will be followed by an Anzac Day Ceremony which will commence at 1.45pm sharp. The Ceremony will include an Introduction to the day, ANZAC ode, The Last Post, the Australian National Anthem and a triple bi-plane fly over. The Ceremony will be followed by our traditional Anzac Day games which will see the Mounties play in commemorative jumpers. These teams will be our U16's boys v South Mornington and our U18's girls v Belura. The Anzac Day Cup and medals will then be presented. 11.09.2021 On the 21st March the MPJFL are going to be running a Girls Footy Gala Day, with the support of the Dandenong Stingrays. The day will revolve around activities... and drills with the help of the stingrays coaches and players, as well as former MPJFL players now in the AFLW. After the day is finished there will be a girls under 18 representative practice match which we encourage all attendees to stay around and watch. Training and activities run for two hours starting at 10am in Hastings. See details attached.
