The adults curriculum is designed for people of all experience levels and the kids programs they run focusses on confidence, fitness and discipline. The team is also renowned in the competition scene as they usually manage to place overall in every meet they attend. Chris Sales started in Blacktown and has since expanded with gyms in Rouse Hill and Richmond meaning there is an academy for anyone in the Hills District or those even further west.

17.01.2022 With every event, my team gets a little bigger! @lytanevs helped me out with the first ever @subversion_jiujitsu setup in February 2019 along with @sven_nordstrom who was running the audio and lighting. Paul (Lytane) has now been involved in 6 out of 7 Subversion events. For the second show my dad @peterm1960 gave it a crack on the audio and lighting desks and loved it!... In September 2019 we moved up to the @unswroundhouse and @michalbotha took over the audio side of things, with @lec212, @_taff, @tc_2014 and @sadeckyd running everything behind the scenes. When the pandemic hit and we moved into the livestream world, it was again time to expand. @danielrsilvester directed and ran the first stream along with our new cameraman @_saaby_. @peterm1960 also made his triumphant return - this time on a camera. For Sub City 2, 3 and 4, @shaneilsizzle and @karenlydia joined the camera crew and together we all killed it! To my family, mates, colleagues, training partners and everyone who has helped in one way or another - Thank you.
