Since March, I have been working from home and going about my daily tasks and appointments. Although some parts to the transition have been challenging, I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome for my work/home life balance. Within this time, I have realised that my team needs me ...evenly-spread-out over each day and although I am now working six days, I have the privilege of being in a position to do the tasks as well as have some much needed respite.
