Since March, I have been working from home and going about my daily tasks and appointments. Although some parts to the transition have been challenging, I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome for my work/home life balance. Within this time, I have realised that my team needs me ...evenly-spread-out over each day and although I am now working six days, I have the privilege of being in a position to do the tasks as well as have some much needed respite. Within real estate, having the ability to do what I am doing essentially means that I am contactable at any time and have the flexibility to complete inspections after hours. Within the COVID19 period, I was able to learn/grow a lot within my own work ethic, time management and how much the MMJ South family meant to me respectively. Since COVID19, we have implemented new technology, procedures, standards and have focused on what our clients need most from us within this evolving market.
