23.01.2022 My magic recipe books. Let me just start this by saying, for those of you who dont know me, Im a lab rat by day and a baker by night. A few years ago, one of... my workmates was getting married and as a guy who still lived at home, we thought he might need a little help on the cooking front. We had an excess of lab books lying around at the time, so we grabbed one and passed it amongst ourselves, each adding our favourite recipes. This kind of became our trademark farewell gift as people left the lab. It started out with some great recipes from my lovely workmates and as Ive come across great recipes, theyve been added in. This is my baking Bible, absolutely rammed with all my tried and tested recipes. I couldnt get by without them.
