02.01.2022 KINDNESS IS THE NEW COOL In line with our random acts of kindness week we did a Loving Kindness Meditation. First offering loving kindness to ourselves and then loving kindness to others.... I was mesmerised by the rising of the sun and found myself sun gazing. We celebrated our weekly wins...from Rainbow Meditation to throwing out the rule book to buying a new shirt and aftershave. We were so engrossed in our chat that it was 7:50am before we realised the time. We left with expressing gratitude for something that we haven’t received as yet but acting as if Was definitely a highlight of my weekend x
