We are planning on starting unit group chats to help you stay productive, have some sort of human interaction and make sure you don't feel alone during this time! ... We are offering them i...n 2 colours - a light blue and light grey. They will be $45 each and we will be placing an order soon! Wed like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new President, Leisa! ... Leisa is a Lab Med student and is fondly known as Leis! She isnt a completely new face as she also held the position of Vice President of MMSA last year! We caught up with her and asked a few interesting questions What is your Favourite desert? Okay so this is extremely specific, but theres this burger place called red chilli burger and they sell this honey cake thing - I would die for this honey cake. Spongebob or Patrick? Gary What would be the theme song of your life? Definitely Ridin - chamillionaireor something by the spice girls If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go ? Sue me for lack of originality but, Disneyland. Shes a super friendly face and always willing to have a chat! So come meet Leisa and the rest of our committee at market daze!

09.01.2022 Happy news! It was recently announced that Dr Garth Maker has been awarded an Australian Award for University Teaching Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning. Garth was awarded for his work developing real-world activities that engage forensic science students to develop skills directly relevant to their future careers. Garth was also recognised by a Vice Chancellor's Teaching Excellence awards last year and it is fantastic to see one of our best teach...ers receiving national recognition for his work. Congratulations Garth!!
