13.01.2022 MMT care has a human centric view prioritizing health and well being, we have trust and confidence in our staff. Together we are : Ensuring physical distancing by keeping a distance of at least 1.5 metres between people. Encouraging all staff and clients to frequently wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or by using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser and to practise good hygiene.... Being aware of how to spot COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat and shortness of breath) and making sure workers do not come to work if they are unwell Ensuring we have open lines of communication. Encouraging all managers to create regular opportunities to check-in with their teams, free from distractions, to really listen about their day-to-day and any concerns they have. #Stopthespread #MMTCARE
