25.01.2022 Happy New Year to all our wonderful customers! Here is a quick update on what is happening with MNC Microgreens! So the last few weeks has been quite difficult for us with all the rain, as much as we really appreciate it and it is so much better than the alternative of fires, it unfortunately hasn't been kind to us.... At what is usually our busiest time of the year we have had to throw so much out due to damp and mould - the poor little micros really don't like how wet it has been. Our first priority of course has been our resturants and cafes which is why the roadside stall hasn't been happening, also in the rain it is really not practical to have the roadside stall out unless it is undercover (we are working on this!) Good news is that we are working through this and trying to find ways to get as many micros to grow as possible despite the weather - we hope to be able to have the roadside stall up and running again as soon as we can. 23.01.2022 So sitting down for lunch with Jo I had one of those oh so rare eureka moments.... "Roadside Stall Facebook Live video feed" coming here soon! Meaning all you wonderful Microgreen fans will get a constant heads up on our stock and of course after yesterdays events constant security for all to see, a win/win :) Any recommendations of an affordable easy to set up waterproof security camera would be welcome.

22.01.2022 So sorry all! We have no micros for the stall at the moment! We are planting as fast as we can but can't quite keep up with demand. We are definitely happy to take orders though, so please send us a message. We still have the stall out stocked with Ricardoes Tomatoes, Wheat Grass and Ponchos (might come in handy today by the looks of this weather! ) As always thanks so much for your fantastic support!

21.01.2022 About 3 months ago well before the COVID lockdown our lovely worker Anna planted some edible flowers, they have taken a while but aren't they so pretty! Shown here with some lemon balm and red sorrell

19.01.2022 Due to the windy conditions today we won't be putting the stall out today (Sunday 24/05/2020) A couple of days ago the table blew over and our seedling stand as well, so we have decided that we won't risk it! We are happy for anyone to come to the door for purchases including the lovely Ricardoes Tomatoes!!

18.01.2022 Thanks to some gorgeous sunny Port Macquarie days our latest batch of micros are ready to go !!! As of 8am this morning we have, Pea Shoots, Sunflower, Radish, Bok Choy & Broccoli Microgreens $3 each or 4 for $10. Fresh off the tree Lemons .80cents each or 3 for $2. Ricardoes Tomatoes 1kg bags $5.50. Wheatgrass tray $5 And because its not always a sunny day during these cooler months don't forget to pick-up a quality reusable Hooded Poncho for just $5

14.01.2022 THANK YOU EVERYONE :) Due to the overwhelming support from you all for our Roadside Stall and the influx of orders from local Cafes & Restaurants who are now reopening, you will notice somewhat of a lack of variety at the stall recently. Fret not as one of the best things about Microgreens is they grow FAST!! Meaning we'll be restocked with copious quanties within days, will keep you updated here on our FB page. We still have pleanty of Riccardoes Tomatoes, vegetable seedlings & some Wheatgrass.

10.01.2022 Hi All, So unfortunately yesterday (Tuesday 18/08/2020) we had an incident with our roadside stall that has left us feeling a bit let down, also angry at first and now just sad that someone feels that this behaviour is appropriate. We had quite a decent amount of items stolen:... Tomatoes Ponchos Microgreens We had suspected a couple of times before that the odd thing here or there was taken but nothing quite to this extent. We will of course now be putting up security cameras and will definitely be being a lot more cautious from now on. If by chance (which I do think is very unlikely) the person/s who did this is reading this post we would really appreciate it if you came and paid for the items you took. We are just a small local business and although this may seem like nothing to a big business for us it really does make a difference. Many thanks to all of you who support us and love our Microgreens, our hope is that this doesn't happen again and we will be able to continue with our roadside stall which we know so many people love. 09.01.2022 Wow! We've been super busy today so the Roadside Stall may be a little lean tomorrow Sunday 28 June. Good news though, there's Ricardoes tomatoes in stock & lots of microgreens busily growing out in the sheds and they should be good to go by Monday morning & into the new week. 04.01.2022 Part of the reason the Roadside Stall has been a bit low on stock the past few days is demand from local Cafes & Restaurants is very high. Heres our Rav4 loaded up from last Friday morning before heading out for delivery :)

Hand Crafted Wontons each a different flavour bomb, egg noodles, the Davis farm Asi...an green and herbs, M.N.C MicroGreens sun flower shoots, snow pea shoots and other tasty health surprises that your body will love! in a ginger, shiitake and chilli broth $15.. You will be coming back for more!! Hand made Momos! You will need to travel to Tibet to taste any thing more original! These tasty little delights are all vegetarian made with love and local cabbage, herbs and spices. Served with a traditional Tibetan tomato chutney (Local Tomatoes) or Coriander chutney. $15 Chinese five spiced roasted pulled pork Banh Mi! No processed food on this baby!! Locally baked fresh bread roll stuffed with our juicy pulled pork. We have a very special salad of stunning local micorgreens for this Hybrid Banh Mi.. Tasty and good for you and our local small businesses. $15 The Immune Booster Chicken Soup! This magic bowl of gold turmeric, coconut, ginger, lemon grass, cardamom, curry leaves, star anise and garlic broth is sure to keep all kinds of nasties at bay.
