06.01.2022 **Take 2, first video didn’t fully post** Epic day spent Saturday @groundupfitness_ learning from Great Britain Olympic Weightlifter @sonnywebstergb Kicking off the day with a bunch of challenging stretching & mobility drills, then heading to work on a number of movements to assist with the classic snatch, clean & jerk.... Watching the great man put on a smooth display of clean & jerks 160kg-170kg-180kg was brilliant, as were all the tricks & knowledge bombs that went with it.
