23.01.2022 Some photos of recent full rebuild, 2012 CRF450R failure of bottom end due to not so satisfactory build prior to failure. Use of genuine parts where possible including overhaul of OEM crank ensures great reliability & quality. "where possible" however installation of stainless intake valve kit provides greater service life & less frequent valve clearance adjustment. Customer very happy with performance.

19.01.2022 Great to finally finish Benelli Jetski build, water entry into cylinders had caused substantial damage to the point where rotating assembly was completely seized. Engine configuration somewhat different to motorbike & car engines however still has same basic components.

12.01.2022 Steps away from the luxury of working on Japanese bikes & carried out top end rebuild on this BMW G450X, Found some good & bad points with design when comparing with Japanese engineering however found bike to have good performance / power delivery post rebuild. Also found cost of parts very expensive due to having no alternative to OEM.

02.01.2022 Some photos of a recent Top end rebuild on a 09 KX250F, intake valves were extremely worn, replaced both intake & exhaust valves with stainless, also found signs of running rich so stripped, cleaned and re-jetted carby to achieve better performance, customer was very happy with performance.
