24.01.2022 Just letting everyone know we will be closed for the four days over Easter. Wishing everyone a Easter of Reflection and time spent with family or friends as long as you keep your distance of course. A huge thank you to my staff during this incredibly busy time especially with extra measures taken to ensure the safety of customers and staff. We will be enjoying a well deserved break. We will be open again on Tuesday 14th April at 9am.

22.01.2022 Lockdown update. We will have fresh bread in next Tuesday as usual, we also have plenty of Naturis Gluten Free bread available now. Plenty of Kangaroo Island free range eggs. We will be open again tomorrow but on reduced hours 9am-1pm.

19.01.2022 ANZAC DAY TRADING as announced by the retailers association there will be trading on ANZAC DAY Saturday 25th April 2020 from 12 noon till 5pm. We have made the decision to be open from 12 noon till 5pm just for that day as we usually close at 4pm on Saturdays.

ULTANA Phytoplankton combines phytoplankton strains that are high in Omega-3 EPA, anti-oxidants, zeaxanthin & other nutritional carotenoids, vitamins, proteins, minerals and essential nutrients. 15.01.2022 Spring is here and for many of us we think of spring cleaning our homes, what about we think about Spring cleaning our bodies too. I decided that's what I needed to do as I am in that menopausal stage of life where I am retaining more fluid and gaining weight especially around the upper abdomen. I was bloating and struggling to lose weight no matter what I ate or how much I exercised. I knew my liver needed some serious TLC and my body needed a reboot, a fresh clean slate to... work from. So I embarked on a 10 day organic juice fast which also included herbal teas and organic vegetable broth which I completed yesterday. I felt like a car that was long overdue for a service and now I am running on all cyclinders. I thoroughly enjoyed this fast and so did my body, my upper abdomen is now flat for the first time in years, I have a glow in my skin and a sparkle in my eyes and the bonus was I shed 5 kilos and no hot flushes. I would estimate 1-2 kgs of that was fluid. I am now backing it up with the Sandra Cabot Liver Cleansing eating plan which is vegetarian and low fat. If you have never done a fast and are interested in following what I've done I can definitely help you on your journey. I have only fasted once before which was Easter 2020 for 4 days, I never thought I could make 10 but I did and it was easier the longer I was on it. 01.01.2022 Hydrogen Peroxide According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, household (3 percent) hydrogen peroxide is effective in deactivating rhinovirus, the virus that causes the common cold, within 6 to 8 minutes of exposure. Rhinovirus is more difficult to destroy than coronaviruses, so hydrogen peroxide should be able to break down the coronavirus in less time. Pour it undiluted into a spray bottle and spray it on the surface to be cleaned, but let it sit on the sur...face for at least 1 minute. Hydrogen peroxide is not corrosive, so it’s okay to use it on metal surfaces. But similar to bleach, it can discolor fabrics if you accidentally get it on your clothes. It’s great for getting into hard-to-reach crevices, Sachleben says. You can pour it on the area, and you don’t have to wipe it off because it essentially decomposes into oxygen and water. We stock 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide so you can dilute a 1:10 ratio of Hydrogen Peroxide to Water in one of our glass trigger spray bottles for a safe effective sanitiser for most surfaces.
