10.01.2022 Sutherland Shire Removals has serviced the Sutherland Shire and the St George area for many years . I am personally disgusted that ASIC allows competitor companies to falsely advertise under other companies registered business names. If u look up our business name in Google you will see what I mean . ASICs answer to all this is "its a civil matter and we cant be involved " hmm not sure why we register Business names only to have them ripped off by other companies thus mis-leading the unsuspecting consumer. Moving forward, hopefully the expense of trade marking our innovative Mobibox portable storage solution will deter these wannabe business people that have lack of creativity who continuously hide behind websites programmers . MobiBox with trademark number 1623955 was lodged on 20/05/2014 and has a status of Accepted .
