07.01.2022 Today is World Parkinson's Day. In Aus , 38 people get diagnosed with Parkinson's every single day! It is not an old person's condition as it can affect people both young and old. Our PD Warrior group exercise classes are specifically targeted to help minimise the symptoms associated with Parkinson's and provide a protective mechanism to stop the progression of the disease. Friend or Family member with Parkinson's? Want to know more about our program then send us a message and Live Brave!

06.01.2022 Patient Stories #1 - Dealing with Parkinson's Today is the first in our series of patient stories that we are excited to share with our community. Ray was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2015.... Parkinson's disease is a debilitating neurological condition that affects people not only physically but mentally and socially as well. Here at Mobi, we believe in a balanced approach to managing Parkinsons with exercise being one of the key ingredients. Research has shown that early intervention has been able to slow the progression in many of the symptoms associated with Parkinson's. Our group classes integrate these principles into the exercises we do and also provide a social and entertaining way for people to feel better about themselves! Well, enough from me, take it away Ray!
