24.01.2022 Do you owe a late model Mitsubishi Triton???? Poor Air flow from your air conditioner???? Some Tritons (made between 2008 and 2014) do not come with a cabin fil...ter. Without this filter dirt and dust collects on the evaporator eventually completed blocking the air flow. Not only does this prevent your air con from cooling you down it also poses heath risk from breathing in harmful bacteria. Once you evaporator is blocked the vehicles dash must be completely removed and cleaned costing up to $950 OR you can install a cabin filter for just $145 If you owe a Triton or any other car, bus or truck with poor air flow give us a call.

22.01.2022 SPECIAL OFFER!!! CHANGE YOUR A/C SYSTEMS RECEIVER DRIER!!! This metal cylinder is called a receiver drier or filter. It serves three functions.... 1) It provides storage for refrigerant 2) It filters the system of non-condensable and Debris 3) It contains small pellets called desiccant (drying agent) to trap and absorb moisture. (As shown in pic) NOTE that moisture is the most harmful enemy of the air conditioning system. If any moisture is in the system, it will combine with the refrigerant to form hydrochloric acid which is extremely corrosive to metal components. Much like the engine oil filter on your car the air conditioning systems receiver drier (filter) should be changed regularly. It is recommended to be changed every 2 years. Over time the desiccant gets saturated and cannot absorb any more moisture allowing it to flow through the system causing component failure (seized compressor). Changing the receiver drier involves recovering and recharging (Regas) the system. Replacing the receiver drier, will assure better performance (cooler/quicker) and prolong the lifespan of the vehicles air conditioning components. Prices for receiver driers start from $12 + service/fitting. A lot cheaper than replacing a seized compressor Looks after you cars air conditioning. 13.01.2022 Poor air flow from your cars air conditioning? You may have a blocked evaporator. As your evaporator cools it absorbs moisture from the air which turns to liqu...id (water). This water picks up traces of dust and dirt that enter the system via the blower fan. The water should empty out through the firewall taking all debris with it. In some cases the build up becomes to much and the evaporator becomes "caked" blocking the air flow. If you have poor air flow give us a call. In some cases the evaporator does not have to be removed from your car saving you money.
