20.01.2022 Maybe in the next 20 years we can get an Outboard to run on water , but in the mean time guys , can you keep an eye on your fuel filter , make sure you upgrade to a glass bowl filter system so you can keep an eye on it

16.01.2022 Had a customer phone me with an overheating problem , he had fitted a new impeller , still overheating , he then replaced the thermostat , still overheating , he then removed the head and cover plate and told me they were fairly clean put it back together and still getting hot , asked me if i could take a look , can you spot the problem ?? , when he replaced the impeller he didnt remove the stainless cup he told me the old impeller was burnt but the housing looked ok , if he had removed the cup he would have noticed the housing had melted , the cup now sits slightly crooked in the housing allowing air in ( see photos ) fit new housing all good now

10.01.2022 sad day for new customer Dave , wanted his motor serviced for the christmas holidays as it wasnt idling very well , unfortunately the motor has dropped a ring and also cracked the sleeve and block across the ports , not alot can be done without spending quite a few bucks. sorry Dave i hate being the bearer of bad news
